Wonderfull Wednesday NOT

Well got up 6 this morning and me and the daughter headed for the local gym..... filled in the relevant forms yawning none stop - got the induction by a gorgeous young lad. Don't have a clue what we have got to do as I didn't listen to a word he said as I was too busy looking at his legs!!Went on the treadmill for 10mins nearly collapsed then the bike thing for another 10mins had a head rush missed the thing that looked like your skiing and went on the other funny bits that toned the top half of the body - couldnt wait to get out and home to shower and change... now, gone to work - blinking knackered before starting.... meeting at 10am then finish off my timetable for SEPTEMBER courses. Forgot to mention I had a white roll filled with mayonnaise and prawns for dinner followed by a large Custard slice - I can do this now as I have been "training"..... 2.30pm and I am dying to sleep but will be leaving work at 5 tonight to go straight to Swansea College to do the Diploma in Crystal Therapy - I NEED MY BED...
Tomorrow I will use different tacktics - will go to the gym AFTER work in the evening so I don't have to get up too early

Terrific Tuesday

Well the sun is shining again that puts you in a good mood before you start the day properly. Had my fresh fruit smoothie for breakfast, had my fresh healthy salad which contains spinach, pumpkin seeds, cottage cheese, mangetout etc. and to follow this very healthy regime I have had a large piece of rich orange carrot cake (well it has a fruit and veg in it!!!) I am typing this half an hour after the cake and boy do I feel sick!!
Delivering Avon tonight so I won't be home until quite late. Then I will have to start working on my Crystal Healing assignment which I am trying my best to not do!!
Will also have to remember to sort out my crystals tonight as I have college straight after work tomorrow.
Ah well 1 hour and 20 minutes to go before I am being let out to the sunshine again..
Owain will be so proud of me I have typed in my "diary" 3 times in a row without forgetting too and I have just discovered this pink page which will go with my hair- oh this gets better - shame I can't recharge my camera as I would love to start putting photos on this page!!

moaning monday

Hello there everybody - What a weekend I've had - the most exciting thing that happened to me was when I left the tortoises in the run and thought that I had lost one of them!!!
Monday and my excitement for the day is seeing Nikky the technician!!! ah bliss..
2.35pm just been to post a letter in work and got caught by a camera team talking deep welsh and asking me if I had a pension - as I told him too early to think of that (with my shocking pink hair) - and my wrinkles.. but hey I'm on S4C tonights news!!
I was looking forward in the weekend to take pictures so that I could place on my blog but my battery charger has broken so if anyone out there knows how I can recharge the battery for my Kodak Easyshare LS753 or if they have a lend of a "Plug" to charge my battery I will be eternally gratefull.

Wasn't in first thing this morning as I was in the Tairgwaith centre fixing their boiler yep that's right I am officially Karen the octopus!!! Few phone calls of panic from the Ammanford Centre - "can't get our emails" "what's happened to the shared folders" then had to do a Nigel Manson and drive my brilliant little Yaris back 90 miles an hour to resolve their problems...
Met with Owain who showed me on how to work this brilliant blog site waw am I going to have fun with this..... only problem I have got is a very very bad memory and ? oops forgot what was I saying - ah yes by next week comes I will have forgotten about this brilliant site but hopefully Owain will send me an email to remind me and then if anything exciting happens this weekend I will fill you in- I need to remember when I get home to get the digital camera out and take some photos!!!!!!!!
